Payment & Refund Policy

Everything provided is education and coaching only. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, medical, or psychological advice. No regulated service is offered, no specific result is promised, and most traders lose money.

This policy applies to all purchases made through this website or any associated checkout, invoice, or payment link. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

1. Payments

  • Prices are stated in US dollars on the offer page. Payment is collected by our payment processor, or by bank transfer or cryptocurrency as agreed.
  • All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment constitutes acceptance of this policy, the Terms & Conditions, the Earnings & Risk Disclosure, and the non-guaranteed nature of the services.

2. Payment plans

  • A payment plan is an instalment arrangement for the full program fee. It is not a subscription and is not cancel-anytime. By choosing a payment plan you commit to the full fee, and cancelling, pausing, or stopping payments does not end your agreement or reduce the amount you owe.
  • Where a plan is offered, the schedule is stated at checkout ($997 today, then two further payments of $750, each charged every 28 days). You authorise us and our processor to charge the agreed method on the scheduled dates.
  • Course pillars are released in phases as set out in the Terms: Psychology & Strategy in month one, Prop Firm in month two, Scaling in month three. Pay-in-full members receive all pillars immediately.
  • If a scheduled payment fails and is not resolved within seven (7) days of notice, it is a default: the full outstanding balance becomes immediately due, access may be suspended, and the unpaid balance may be recovered as a debt. Amounts already paid are not refunded.

3. Refund policy (strict)

Due to the personalised nature of the service, reserved time, and immediate access to proprietary digital materials, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Perceived lack of success or failure to get funded
  • Failure to implement the guidance or follow the rules
  • Missed, unattended, or unwatched sessions
  • Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances
  • Digital content once access has been granted

Any guarantee, where offered, is agreed separately in writing for your individual purchase and is not a refund. Any refund terms for a specific engagement must be stated explicitly in writing before purchase.

UK/EU consumers — waiver of cooling-off: by purchasing you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and services, and you acknowledge that by accessing the content within the statutory 14-day cancellation period you lose the right to cancel in respect of that content to the extent permitted by law.

4. 1-to-1 calls — rescheduling & no-shows

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule a 1-to-1 call.
  • Requests within 48 hours may be treated as a completed call.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened call ending at the scheduled time.
  • No-shows are treated as completed calls and are not refunded or re-credited.

5. Chargebacks

You agree to contact us to resolve any billing dispute, and to allow us at least 14 days from our acknowledgement of the issue to resolve it, before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or in a manner inconsistent with the acceptance records you provided at purchase, will be treated as a breach of this policy. In response we may immediately suspend or terminate your access without refund, and submit our records of delivery, access, platform activity, communication, scheduling, and your acceptance of these terms to the payment networks as evidence to contest the dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued for recovery of the amount owed plus costs.
