When you apply, purchase, or join, we collect: your name, email, age range, country, application answers (experience, goals, intent), terms-acceptance records, purchase and payment records (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details), and platform activity such as course progress, session attendance, journal submissions, and community participation.
We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the program), for our legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the service, and defending legal claims), to comply with legal obligations (tax and records), and with your consent where required (marketing, certain cookies).
Service providers who run our infrastructure: payment processors, our CRM and email platform, course and community platforms (e.g. Whop, Discord), automation tools, and analytics providers. They process data to provide their service to us under contract. We do not sell your personal data.
Some providers may store or process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
We keep application and customer records as long as needed to deliver the program and to meet legal, tax, and dispute-evidence requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required, affected individuals, in line with our legal obligations.
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, withdraw consent, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Contact us via the support channel or @iamm3mphis to exercise any right.
