We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other regulator. Watching live trading sessions is observation of the operator's own trading, not instruction to trade.
We offer more than one package. The specific deliverables you receive depend on the package you purchase, and are those described to you at the point of sale and confirmed in your enrolment confirmation, written agreement, or checkout. That description governs what you are entitled to for your purchase.
Depending on your package, paid deliverables may include: access to the trading system and course materials; one-to-one calls, at a frequency confirmed at onboarding; direct message access; trade reviews; and, where and as we offer them at our discretion, live trading sessions and group coaching. We may adjust the format, timing, sequence, and frequency of any element, and may substitute a component of equivalent value where reasonable. The temporary unavailability of, or a change to, any single element is not a failure to deliver, provided your package as a whole is delivered with reasonable care and skill over its term.
Phased delivery (payment plan): on the payment plan, course pillars are released on a schedule disclosed at checkout — the Psychology and Strategy pillars in month one, the Prop Firm pillar in month two, and the Scaling pillar in month three. Pay-in-full members receive all pillars immediately.
Complimentary bonuses. Any benefit described as a bonus — including lifetime community access and any tracking tools or templates — is provided at our discretion, is not part of the paid consideration, and may be modified, substituted, or discontinued at any time. Discontinuation of a bonus is not a failure to deliver what you purchased.
We make no guarantee of results. Any specific guarantee, such as a funded-trader guarantee, is offered only where we expressly agree it in writing for your individual purchase, and is governed solely by that separate written agreement and its conditions. Unless you have such a written agreement, no guarantee applies.
No guarantees are made regarding results, earnings, performance, or funding, except any specific written guarantee agreed for your individual purchase. Examples and testimonials are non-typical individual experiences. You agree not to rely on any statement as a guarantee of outcome. See the Earnings & Risk Disclosure.
You accept full responsibility for your decisions, your actions, and your results. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services without refund for harassment of others, promotion of competing or fraudulent services, breach of the intellectual property terms, or disruption of the community.
Where offered, any "Trader of the Month" style competition is skill-based: winners are selected by judged criteria (journal quality, risk discipline, improvement), never by chance. The prize is the purchase of a prop firm challenge on the winner's behalf; any funding depends on the winner passing the provider's evaluation under the provider's terms. No cash alternative.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law. You acknowledge that trading involves a substantial risk of loss and that you are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where you have signed a separate mentorship agreement with us, the dispute-resolution provisions of that agreement apply. For all purchases, the parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Any dispute not resolved that way shall be settled by binding arbitration as the primary forum: by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules for clients resident in the United States or Canada, and by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) for all other clients, in each case seated in London and conducted in English. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in any class or representative proceeding. Nothing in this clause removes any non-waivable right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings, or to mandatory consumer protections, in your country of residence, and we may bring debt-recovery or urgent injunctive claims in any court of competent jurisdiction.
